When we checked directly on 23 August 2026, both britzgo.com and hearingamplifier.com — the two web addresses associated with the brand — failed to load. Its products are still listed for sale on Amazon, Walmart and eBay.

Checked 23 August 2026: Britzgo Hearing Amplifiers' BBB profile (Temecula, CA) and its complaints, plus a direct check of the company's two known websites.
We can't independently confirm a company is "permanently closed" — that's a specific claim from one BBB complainant, not something we can verify with certainty. What we can confirm directly: as of this check, britzgo.com returns a connection error rather than a working page, and hearingamplifier.com, a domain listing Britzgo contact information, does the same. Neither site loaded for us on repeated attempts. The BBB's own file shows Britzgo failed to respond to that complaint, which is at least consistent with the complainant's account of an unreachable company.
What hasn't disappeared is the product. Britzgo hearing amplifiers, including the BHA-1301 and BHA-1222 models, remain listed for active sale on Amazon, Walmart and eBay, with the Amazon listings describing "doctor and audiologist designed" devices. Whether those listings are fulfilled by the original company, a distributor with remaining inventory, or third-party resellers isn't something we could determine from the listings themselves.
